Shipping, Delivery, and Collection

Sugar by Shellard is located in Napier, New Zealand. We offer delivery within the Napier area for $2.99 or free collection from Pirimai. Please note that Napier area delivery and collection will be available on MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS, and FRIDAYS.

We are now offering Nationwide shipping for our Six Packs! This comes at a flat rate of $9.99 for an overnight delivery service. Please note that all orders with Nationwide shipping can be dispatched on MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS, and FRIDAYS.

Processing Time
Everything from Sugar by Shellard is made to order, the order cut off is a minimum of FIVE DAYS before the dispatch of your order.

Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers. If your order is significantly delayed or missing, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
