Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Courier Damage or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. However, once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the courier and we cannot guarantee how it is handled during transit.

We are not liable for damage caused by the courier.

However, if your order arrives significantly damaged or you receive the wrong items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue

We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
